Person(s) not in possession of a military ID, Department of Defense civilian or contractor ID, or previously issued active base access pass must enter Tinker AFB through the Visitor Center (Pass and ID Office, Bldg. 590, Outside the Tinker Gate) .
There is one approved method for providing unescorted access:
- In-Person Sponsorship – The sponsor must accompany the guest to the Visitor Center.
